Personal Training

What does it take? …It takes a passionate, knowledgeable trainer to show you what to do, and keep you on the right track.

But that’s not all we offer, either. You’ll love both our supportive, fun community, and our exciting, quick and new workout routines ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see.

Weight Loss

We’ll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.

Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.

The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves BMI and helps control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

"Aaron worked with me to improve and understand the mechanics of lifting in a way that I could understand. He pushed me past limits I had not reached before."

Warren Branum

"I've trained around Aaron since 2012, before he was Coach Sealey, when he was just that weightlifter with a massive deadlift. Since ascending to coach, I've watched him train (and often compete alongside) his clients in weightlifting, triathlons, CrossFit, and endurance challenges. And all the while his clients are losing weight and looking healthy and strong."

Thomas Levy

"I've been training with Aaron for a little over a year and I have learned so much from him. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and intelligent."
